Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong was invited by the Head Instructor of the the Plum Blossom School of Mexico, Alejandro Ramirez to conduct seminars
from October 13 to 17, 2011.

Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong was invited to the Mexico City for one week to do the instructors training camp and Choy Li Fut seminars from April 15 to 21, 2004. Four major Choy Li Fut schools' head instructors were in the training. Ramon Villanueva, Montoya Lopez and Alejandro Ramirez were from Mexico City and Antoni Almeida came from Brazil. The Mexican instructors had a big welcome party for Grandmaster with a traditional Mexican band and food. Besides the daily hard training and seminars, Grandmaster was accompanied by the instructors to visit the famous Sun and Moon Pyramids and the city tour together.
